I know what that’s like. To keep it all bottled up, to constantly worry about what others think of me, to never dare to step out of my comfort zone, to feel like no one else understands.
My own mental wellness journey started years before I saw true progress because I was only doing part of the work. Therapy and psychology-based approaches weren’t enough. When I found a community where I felt heard & understood, changes felt easier and became more consistent. When I added in yoga & nervous system regulation, it became a whole being, full-body transformation.
That’s the power of a holistic approach to wellness. It’s the secret to turning a simple step forward into a wild & wonderful life-long journey. And it’s what I’ve poured into every bit of this experience I can’t wait to share with you.

Q: What is life coaching versus therapy?
A: Therapy digs into the origin of your struggles, such as your childhood, patterns, and physical & psychological symptoms that are impacting your functioning, while coaching offers new tools & skills you can put into everyday practice to better your mental wellbeing.
