The Gentle Momentum bundle

We will meet live every other week for 6 weeks as you:

  • Build daily routines to quiet your mind & soothe your nervous system
  • Release patterns of second guessing & overthinking all the things
  • Start learning to trust yourself, your words, your choices
  • Start feeling more confident in how god is guiding you & in yourself
  • Step into the next version of yourself - more calm, more confident

Each session you will be guided through breathing practices, self reflection journaling exercises & other tools to support you in this 6 week journey of releasing old patterns of self doubt, second guessing & create new empowering patterns of self trust and God-ordained confidence

I know what that’s like. To keep it all bottled up, to constantly worry about what others think of me, to never dare to step out of my comfort zone, to feel like no one else understands. 

In my mid-twenties, I decided it was time to stop letting my anxiety & doubt suck the fun out of the life I deserved. But it wasn’t easy. I struggled for a long time, growing itty bitty bit by bit. And while I still face challenges on this road of life-long healing, now I know I don’t have to do it alone.  

That’s why I do what I do. Now, I get to be there for you.
